- Investigate non-conformities promptly, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular quality audits to minimize non-conformities.
- Maintain complete QA documentation, including as-built files, inspection certificates, and acceptance records.
- Ensure clear communication of quality control procedures and roles across all contracts.
- Keep industry codes and client specifications up-to-date for easy in-house reference.
