  4. Ensure all engineering products and services comply with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
  5. Investigate non-conformities promptly, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  6. Conduct regular quality audits to minimize non-conformities.
  7. Maintain complete QA documentation, including as-built files, inspection certificates, and acceptance records.
  8. Ensure clear communication of quality control procedures and roles across all contracts.
  9. Keep industry codes and client specifications up-to-date for easy in-house reference.
